Pricing for CBT Therapy Sessions

  • 50-minute therapy or counselling session: $170 - $260

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for general anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder, depression and postpartum depression, panic attacks/panic disorder, specific phobias/fears (e.g. emetophobia or vomiting, blood and needles, insects and animals, heights, claustrophobia), sleep problems or insomnia

    • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or trauma

    • Reports

  • 80-minute session: $255 - $390

    • Mental health assessment

    • Exposure-based sessions for anxiety and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD or trauma

    Psychological Assessment by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

    These are general estimates and can vary. Please book a free consult for a more thorough estimate. These assessments include a comprehensive report for your records.

  • Child & Adolescent ADHD Assessment: $2500

    • For children and adolescents (19 and under) that would benefit from an ADHD assessment. This can be useful for IEP’s in school, understanding behavioural or learning difficulties, and learning accommodations in post-secondary.

  • Adult Abbreviated Autism Spectrum Disorder OR ADHD Assessment: $2000

    • For adults (19-65) looking to explore an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis OR Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnosis.

  • Combined Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD Assessment: $2800

    • For adults (19-65) looking to explore an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnosis. This can be beneficial for entering post-secondary, or for workplace.

  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Assessment: $300 per hour + $100 fee if applicable.

    • For adults (19-65) looking to seek clarification around a PTSD diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

  • Psychological Diagnostic Assessment (Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders): $300 per hour + $100 fee

    • For clients (19-65) looking to explore a diagnosis and treatment recommendations for Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Phobia, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder etc. Number of sessions can vary.

  • Full Psychological Diagnostic Assessment: $300 per hour + $100 fee

    • For adults (19-65) A comprehensive assessment to explore all potential diagnosis’ and treatment recommendations. Number of sessions can vary, and an estimate will be provided by the Psychologist based on your presenting concerns.

  • Parental Consultation: $300 per hour

    • For parents looking for support and clarification into parenting, behavioural issues, or complex mental health concerns. This will include a summary with recommendations.

Pricing for Supervision Sessions

  • 50-minute supervision session: $170 - 260

    • Designed for psychotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and nurses who wish to meet their College requirements or improve their clinical practices.

    • Please note that Dr. Steinhart only provides consultation.

    • Our team is trained CBT supervisors and consultants.
